White wines of Domaine Charles at Nantoux

Wild flower aromas; a palate-filling, delicate wine. Selection of old vines: good volume on the palate and well-managed acidity. Perfect as an aperitif or with Burgundy snails.

Lightly roasted almond, discreet. The palate is focused, round and full-bodied with good minerality. To be enjoyed at any time of the day.

A vine of our selection, it produces very ripe grapes every year due to good sun exposure. The wine has a wonderful minerality with very good finesse. It has a roasted almond, hazelnut side with a discreet oakiness.

Special cuvée
This wine has both minerality and roundness, as well as a light, mellow oakiness. It is matured in egg-shaped oak barrels. Drink it as an aperitif or with parsleyed ham.

Small volumes produced – our smallest. This wine can be both dry and sweet; it is very rich with aromas of ripe clusters and a roasted hazelnut flavour. Try it with monkfish in a beurre blanc sauce.
