The domaine
Domaine Charles François et Fils, situated in Nantoux at the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, comprises 14 hectares of vines, 10 of which being Hautes-Côtes de Beaune, with 4 hectares of Volnay, Pommard, Meursault and Beaune.
The estate has been passed down to Pascal and Pauline – François’s son and granddaughter – giving rise to the house of Charles Père & Fille. As a result, new wines such as Chablis, Mâcon, Gevrey Chambertin and Nuits-Saint-Georges are on offer.
To ensure that their wines could be enjoyed in a friendly and welcoming manner, Pauline created ‘La table de Pauline’.
