This vineyard is our selection! Enjoying good exposure, each year it produces perfectly matured grapes. This wine has good minerality, with great finesse. With hints of grilled almonds, hazelnuts with a delicate woody note.
This wine is our "pet". It is harvested late in several Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation vineyards planted with Chardonnay grapes. Because of the residual sugar it cannot be marketed under the Hautes Côtes appellation, hence the name 'Vendanges d’Automne'. This wine offers aromas of quinces. On the palate there are sweet - but not excessively sweet - notes and a pleasant freshness. Marketed for several years now, it has proved very popular.
Serve as an aperitif, with foie gras, or with dessert.
This wine is produced from our oldest vines on 2 plots close to each other that share the same terroir. It expresses the terroir superbly. Notes of undergrowth and blackcurrants, nicely mature tannins, and well-structured in the mouth.
Selected since 2005, this vineyard is located in a valley sheltered from the winds, facing directly south and basking in the summer heat. The terroir produces great finesse, and all the power of the Hautes Côtes. Cherry and raspberry notes, and a slightly grilled nose. It has silky tannins, and a powerful mouthfeel.
This vineyard enjoys an outstanding terroir. Always the earliest to ripen, we need to split our harvests to optimise maturity. As soon as the nose is immersed in the glass, there are very intense notes of griotte cherries and raspberries. Power, silky tannins, elegance and, above all, nice length in the mouth.
Serve, for example, with a mushroom risotto or rabbit terrine.
The vineyard is located near Pommard. As a result this wine combines the power of Pommards with the finesse of Beaunes. This is a forthright wine with very ripe fruit notes, power and bouquet. The tannins are present, but nicely mellow.
This wine can be served with meat in a sauce, such as a veal chop with morels.
Although this vineyard is next to Les Epenottes, the wine is completely different. The soft, delicate palate is supported by a good fresh finish. Fruit nuances in the aromatic expression, lingering in the mouth.
Serve with a tournedos, or grilled meat such as lamb chops with mustard seeds.
